Christa Kinch is currently a freelance Props Designer & Artisan based in Sacramento, CA. with over 10 years of experience in stage properties with past titles of Properties Designer, Master, Artisan, and Coordinator. As an individual who is highly self-driven and has a peculiar eye for detail, she strives to tell meaningful and thought-provoking stories through her work.

Christa is originally from Sacramento, CA where she received her BA in Theater from CSU Sacramento and then began working with Broadway Sacramento at Music Circus as a stage management intern, then continued on to be a popular freelance Props Designer with many local Sacramento theatres including Capital Stage, B Street Theatre, Sacramento Ballet, and Sacramento Theatre Company. Her thirst for travel empowered her to take on a semester abroad in London while in college and seek more hands-on experience post-graduation aboard cruise ships with Carnival Cruise Lines. Often willing to relocate, she has previously worked for the Sarasota Opera in Florida, as well as Pioneer Theatre Company in Salt Lake City, Utah. In her spare time, she can be found engrossed in her latest stained glass or pyrography project, or outdoors along a hiking trail or campsite.
