Process: Cut PVC Sheet to the basic shape, laminated sheets for double thickness with the assistance of Props Designer & TD, Carved body shape & space for PVC barrel, installed spring-loaded mechanism inside barrels, painted & sealed.

Materials: 3/4” Extruded PVC sheet, PVC pipe, Wooden dowels, Epoxy, Paint, Springs, and handheld American flags
